A second round of settlements regarding the Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II hip implants was just announced. 

The settlement will apply only to patients who have undergone a revision surgery prior to today, December 19, 2016.  The terms of the settlement are similar to the earlier settlement of November 2014, however, there are some important changes that should be discussed with an attorney. 

The deadline for enrolling in the settlement program is March 1, 2017.
